Meet Shanny Rae
Hello my soul sisters. I live in New England but will always be a Jersey girl at heart. My teenage daughter is the love of my life. I am a psychologist, intuitive, certified spiritual life coach, and an author. I have worked in the field of social services for over a decade but in the recent years I have felt the calling to support women by helping them to take their power back, speak their truth, love themselves unconditionally, build their confidence, and become their most authentic selves. Covid did many things to many people and changed life as we knew it but for me it became a time of self-reflection, much needed healing, learning to love myself beyond condition, and becoming my most authentic self.
I have also had moments during that time where I lost myself in a toxic relationship, neglected myself, put the needs of other before my own, and questioned my purpose. With the end of that relationship and much needed healing I have reclaimed my personal power, learned to choose me, and to love and accept myself in ways I never imagined.
Connecting with the higher realms became second nature to me and I want to share this gift that I have been blessed with to help others. The channeled letters can be very healing. It can help to gain clarity, receive closure, help us grow in ways we never imagined, and give us the encouragement and love we often need to follow our dreams.
I spent many years feeling lost and at the mercy of others. Through my own journey and healing, I have learned to become my most authentic self, to speak my truth, take my power back, and learn to love myself. The self-love coaching sessions are created to help women by teaching them to choose themselves, build their self-love, confidence, and self-esteem, expand their capacity to love themselves and others, to uplevel the relationships in their life, dream bigger, and to accept all parts of themselves.
